Who does VIABS serve?

VIABS serves education leaders and organizations, nonprofits (faith-based and secular), and purpose-driven small businesses. If you’re building, repairing, or scaling an organization and need clarity, structure, and execution support—we’re a fit.

What services do you offer?

We provide Education Consulting, Nonprofit Consulting, Small Business Consulting, and the Inside Out Coaching Program (integrated with the D3 Leadership Blueprint). Services may include strategic planning, program design, grant readiness, governance support, leadership development, operational systems, and coaching.

Do you write grants, or do you only provide grant readiness?

Both—depending on fit and scope. We help organizations become grant-ready (systems, documents, program models, budgets), and we also support proposal development when the organization has the foundation to compete well. If you’re not ready, we’ll tell you straight and help you build readiness first.

What types of nonprofits do you work with?

We support nonprofits across community impact areas—education, youth development, family services, workforce development, mental health, faith-based outreach, and more. What matters most is that the organization is committed to mission clarity, accountability, and execution.

How is VIABS different from other nonprofit consultants?

Most consultants give advice. VIABS builds usable strategy + execution systems you can actually run. We combine leadership development with operational structure, and we use the D3 Leadership Blueprint to identify what’s really blocking progress—deficits, delays, and deception—then we help you correct it with a practical plan.

Do you work with faith-based organizations?

Yes. We work with both faith-based and secular organizations. We respect your mission and values while ensuring your systems, governance, programs, and funding strategy are strong and sustainable.

What should I have prepared before booking a discovery call?

Come with your top challenges and goals. If you have them, bring your website, budget (even rough), program description, and any grant opportunities you’re targeting. If you don’t have those yet, that’s fine—we’ll start where you are.

Do you offer one-time support, or do you require long-term contracts?

We offer both. Some clients need a focused sprint (strategy session, strategic plan, grant readiness package). Others need ongoing support (monthly consulting, coaching, implementation oversight). We’ll recommend the level of support that matches your goals and capacity.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on your starting point and what you need. Many clients get immediate clarity and next steps after the discovery call. Bigger outcomes—like funding readiness, strategic planning, and program systems—usually take a structured 30–90 day push to build properly.

How do I know which service is right for me?

What is Inside Out Coaching?

A leadership coaching program focused on internal alignment (mindset, identity, confidence, boundaries) that strengthens external execution and results.

How is the D3 Leadership Blueprint used in coaching?

We identify where deficits, delays, or deception are showing up in your leadership and your organization—then build a practical plan to address them.

Who is coaching for?

Leaders who are carrying a lot, ready for change, and willing to do real work—personally and professionally.

Who is coaching NOT for?

Leaders looking for quick fixes, someone to blame, or motivation without accountability and follow-through.

What results can I expect?

Stronger decision-making, better boundaries, improved leadership presence, clearer execution, and healthier leadership rhythms.

How long is the program?

Most clients work in 90-day cycles, with options to continue for deeper transformation and sustained results.

Is the EQ-i assessment required?

Not required, but highly recommended. It gives measurable insight into your emotional intelligence strengths and growth areas.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching is a protected space for honest reflection, growth, and practical strategy.

What happens after I apply?

You’ll be invited to a discovery call to confirm fit, goals, and the best coaching pathway.

Can coaching help with organizational issues too?
