By registering for, applying to speak at, or participating in the Summit, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Event Participation

The Summit is a virtual event held on May 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM (ET).

Participants are responsible for their own internet access and technology.

VIABS reserves the right to deny or revoke access for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Speaker Participation

Speakers are allotted 15 minutes to present and/or participate in a panel discussion.

Submission of a speaker application does not guarantee acceptance.

Speakers affirm that all materials shared are original or properly licensed.

Recording & Media Release

The Summit may be recorded for educational, promotional, or archival purposes.

By participating, you grant VIABS permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and submitted content in connection with the Summit.
